Your will report directly to the Office Manager of WVS Cambodia. The responsibilities are divided between 2 locations – the community clinic/shelter in Beoung Tumpun and the International Training Center (ITC) at the campus of Royal University of Agriculture. However, most days, you will be working in the same location.
We have 2 shifts available:
- Wednesday to Sunday, 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm at our clinic in Boeung Tumpun
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm at our ITC at the Royal University of Agriculture
- The specific responsibilities are:
- Provide excellent customer service and reception tasks, such as answering phone calls and messages via online platforms, scheduling appointments, preparing invoices, and welcoming visitors throughout the day.
- Communicate fluently and politely in English and Khmer - online, in person, via telephone and provide verbal and written translations as needed.
- Schedule students according to the training schedule.
- Monitor supplies including monthly stock count and supplies orders.
- Support the administrative team with financial preparations and records.
- Maintain an organized filing system (both digital and physical) to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Run errands such as visits to government departments and ministries.
- Perform HR-related administrative tasks, such as the onboarding/offboarding process of employees and any other required HR documents and procedures.
- Manage time and quality independently to assure efficiency and high work standards.
- Be open and available for occasional shift changes and be available to work on selected national holidays.
- Solve problems independently with a solution-oriented approach.
- Provide any other administrative support as needed.
- Starting salary of 500 USD (gross) for a 40-hour week
