Duties & Responsibilities:

- Provide courteous and relevant salutation and introduction to each visiting customers, partners, and suppliers
- Deliver an exceptional and welcoming experience to customers onsite such as serving beverages as needed
- Gather information and guide customers to provide the information on the checkin form and produce daily record
- Manage company’s fixed assets and inventory of each department
- Procure to restock when daily necessities are needed in advance in cooperation with related department
- Provide associates with equipment for mission and company-designated activities with proper tracking and signature of receipt
- Coordinate with suppliers for purchase of assets and printing, and coordianate payment for the purchases
- Share related information and coordinate with related team members of other department as part of the workflow and report daily results to the company-designated database entry point
- More duties as the company-supporting team evolve.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Undergraduate Degree in communication, business, management, or related degree
Work History:
- Reception or customer service field for 1 year is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Khmer and at least fairly fluent in speaking and writing English
- Computer competency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other common tools
- Basic analytical skills to assist with reporting, tracking, and improving customer experience.
Soft Skills

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and relevant salutation and introduction to clients, primarily international NGOs, gov’t agencies, and private sector.
- Access clients’ needs, collect necessary information to produce official quotations to submit via email and other authorized platforms.
- Build strong relationship with clients from the start of the Customer Journey to after-sale support by value proposition and trust on quality, and circumstantial flexibility.
- Coordinate with internal and external resources to explore and identify most cost-effective and capable personnel for each project undertaking and deployment.
- Negotiate pricing, make necessary and timely and proactive adjustment in response to client’s budget constrain using strategic communication with clients.
- Ensure project and personnel are properly and adequately informed about deadlines, locations, and client-specific requirements, and have necessary project documents in hands.
- Visit project site / meet assigned team prior to official conduct, when necessary, to confirm suitability, address uncertainty, or resolve minor to major debilitating issues.
- Share related information and coordinate with related team members of other department as part of the workflow and report daily results to the company-designated database entry point.
