Reporting Line: The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Sales Manager.
We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Assistant to support the Sales Manager in daily operations. The candidate will help prepare reports, manage documents through DocuSign, coordinate used cooking oil purchasing records, and perform other administrative tasks assigned by the manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager with administrative and reporting tasks
- Prepare and maintain reports related to used cooking oil purchasing and sales activities
- Use DocuSign to send, track, and organize contracts and agreements
- Maintain accurate records of suppliers, purchases, invoices, and transactions
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding documentation and approvals
- Support communication with customers and business partners when required
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending documents
- Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the manager

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
