Position Summary

Department: Finance and Accounting

Reports To: Account Director / Senior Account Manager

Mekhala Radiant Communications Co., Ltd. is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support its finance operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of financial documentation and providing essential administrative support to the accounting team and partners.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare invoices for suppliers and client
  • Checking invoices from suppliers
  • Send invoices to suppliers for signature (via Docusign or in person)
  • Update payment listings
  • Prepare agreements
  • Organize office files and documents
  • Maintain records and ensure proper filing system (hard copy & digital)
  • Handle internal and external emails
  • Respond to routine inquiries when required
  • Prepare, print, scan, and file documents
  • Working with MOLVT (update staff in and out; request workbook, quote & work permit)
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Ensure office supplies are available
  • Assist in day-to-day office operations
  • Assist supervisor in finding projects and updating daily project deadlines
  • Other assistance as and when required to the accountant in charge and partners

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related bachelor degree
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Fresh graduates or 0-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English and Khmer is essential
Soft Skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful with a strong sense of initiative.
