In Charge of: Children Program and School
- Program Planning: Designing schedules for school holidays and managing the daily home timetable for the children.
- Activity Coordination: Organizing activities and collaborating with houseparents to lead and mentor the children.
- Creative Instruction: Facilitating children’s engagement in dance, arts, and crafts.
- Sponsorship Management: Coordinating the creation of sponsor cards and updated photos to be sent to donors.
- Academic Liaison: Managing all school-related matters, including maintaining regular contact with teachers and principals.
- Facilities Management: Overseeing the inventory and organization of the store room, art and craft room, sports room, and soap-making room.
- English - Good
- Ability to communication in English (verbal and written/email) and basic computer skills.
- Proven ability to manage children program and school issue.
Community Development Staff

In Charge of: All Community Development (CD) Activities
Work Environment: Able to work regularly in the field/community.
- Project Implementation and Monitoring
- School Projects: Conduct monthly follow-ups and provide updates after the main team's departure.
- NRCS: Manage all aspects including surveys, distribution, school reporting, and budget tracking.
- Projects (HWT/UV): Oversee projects from start to finish, including surveys, pre-checks, material ordering, wood checking, official handover, and project auditing.
- New Initiatives: Implement new projects designed to benefit the local community.
- Coordination and Communication
- Team Coordination: Act as a central coordinator for various team activities.
- Local Relations: Maintain good communication and relationships with officials at the Village and District levels, as well as with School administrators.
- Meetings: Prepare bi-weekly meeting minutes.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly reports detailing completed HWT, UV systems, NRCS activities, and any other new projects.
- Staff Matters: Handle various project staff issues, including leave applications, carpenter management, allowance processing, and general troubleshooting.
- Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of tools, dorms, and vehicles.

- Mobility: Able to drive a car or motorbike to project sites in the field.
- Skills: Proficiency in basic English and computer skills.
