The Administration Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the consulting firm. This role assists management with day-to-day office operations, documentation, coordination, and communication, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced consulting environment.
The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact for administrative matters, helping enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain productivity by facilitating daily business procedures.
- Ensure efficient office operations by managing schedules, coordinating, communication, and organizing documentation.
- Navigate documents – Collect and send documents on behalf of executives.
- Handle phone calls/emails, scheduling meetings, managing travel, and providing reception support.

Position Summary
The Marketing & Public Relations (PR) is responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies that enhance the company's brand, increase market visibility, and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, the media, and the public.
The role involves creating compelling content, managing digital marketing initiatives, coordinating public relations activities, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communication channels. Working closely with internal teams, Marketing & PR supports business development efforts, drives brand awareness, and contributes to the company's overall growth and reputation.
- Create and manage marketing content across digital and print channels, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Manage the company's social media presence and digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and monitor marketing performance to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Support business development by preparing marketing materials, presentations, and company profiles.
- Perform other marketing and public relations duties as assigned.
