The Administration Officer provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the school, particularly in coordination with government ministries, internal departments, and external stakeholders. The role is responsible for managing official documentation, supporting compliance with employment (fully compliance with work permit) and visa requirements for expatriate staff, purchasing office and classroom supply needs, arranging printing for school production photographs, staff and student ID card and marketing materials. The Administration Officer also supports the Business and Finance Department as required and contributes to maintaining efficient administrative systems that support the school’s overall mission and compliance obligations.
- Liaise with relevant Ministries and stakeholders as required, including the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, Immigration Department.
- Prepare, publish, and distribute official documents and reports in a timely manner to relevant ministries, departments, and government offices in Phnom Penh.
- Draft and/or guide teachers and students in preparing official request letters to local authorities, ministries, departments, companies, and organizations for educational trip permissions and project-related approvals.
- Manage the full visa application process for expatriate employees, including new visa applications and extensions.
- Maintain and regularly update staff employment records and ensure compliance with all work permit requirements within required timelines.
- Coordinate procurement of office and classroom supplies based on approved requests.
- Liaise with printing vendors to manage the production of school photographs, publications, and marketing materials.
- Manage and respond to the school’s administrative phone communications professionally.
- Support tasks related to the Business and Finance Department as assigned by the Head of Department.

- Khmer - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in administration or a related field.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Professional-level written Khmer language skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience of working with government offices relevant to the responsibilities listed above.
- Prior experience working in the education sector
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with accuracy as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
