Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00AM – 5:00PM)
- Liaise with the Ministry lines and stakeholders as required
- Prepare, publish and distribute documents/reports on a timely manner to/for the Ministry of Education Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training and all the relevant Departments/Offices in Phnom Penh as required
- Write and/or guide the stakeholders (teacher or student) to prepare an official request letter to local authority/ministry/department/office/company/organization for trip project’s permission
- Fully responsible for visa application process, both new application and extension for all the expat employees of AUPP Liger Leadership Academy
- Adhere to update staff’s employment info and fully comply with all staff work permits in a timely manner
- Assign to shop on a timely request for office and classroom supplies and stock control
- Assign to work out with the printing shop and manage to print the school’s pictures and marketing materials etc.
- Adhere to handle school’s administrative phone
- Other jobs related to the Business and Finance Department may be assigned by Head Department
- Requirement
- 1. Education level with a minimum bachelor’s degree in administration
- 2. Good communication and problem-solving skills
- 3. Good English both in writing and speaking
- 4. Professional in written in Khmer language
- 5. Ability to work independently, accurately and in a team
- 6. Be able to work under pressure and complete on deadlines
- 7. Confident, professional, hardworking, trustworthy and flexible
- 8. Strong computer skills and professional on Microsoft Office
- Preferable
- 1. A few years experiences with most elements Job’s description
- 2. Experience in Education Sectors
