Work Condition: Monday to Saturday morning 7:30am-5pm
- Administration Letters;
- Check and verified all request from other department or campuses;
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies;
- Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment;
- Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs;
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance;
- Organize office operations and procedures;

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies;

Chief Academic Officer for Mandarin Chinese
Work Condition: Monday to Saturday morning 7:30am-5pm
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Mandarin Chinese curriculum aligned with national/international standards (HSK);
- Lead the academic strategy for Mandarin instruction across grade levels or learner proficiencies;
- Design and oversee assessment systems to measure student progress in Mandarin proficiency;
- Recruit, train, and support Mandarin teachers and academic staff;
- Provide ongoing professional development in Chinese language pedagogy and proficiency-based instruction;
- Evaluate and improve existing Mandarin programs (K–12, adult, online, immersion, etc.);
- Support marketing and community engagement related to Mandarin programs;
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and international educational regulations;
- Develop and manage the academic budget for Mandarin programs.
- Advanced degree in Chinese Language Education, Linguistics, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field. Holding a master degree is appreciated;
- Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin Chinese and strong English communication skills;
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Mandarin language teaching, with at least 3 in leadership or curriculum development roles;

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Mandarin Chinese for students of various age groups and proficiency levels;
- Develop and implement effective curriculum and lesson plans that meet the learning objectives and standards of the school;
- Monitor and assess students’ progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and exams;
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills;
- Incorporate Chinese culture, traditions, and history into lessons to enrich students’ understanding and appreciation of the language;
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning;
- Work closely with other teachers and staff to coordinate activities and support students' academic and personal development;

- Specialized Chinese Language Certification: Certification in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, such as HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) or TCSL (Teaching Chinese as a Second Language), is an added advantage;

Expat English Teacher
Work Condition: Monday to Saturday morning 7:30am-5pm
- Creating daily lesson plans and learning activities for students based on Cambridge International standards in English Language education and knowledge of developmental behaviours;
- Delivering high-quality, engaging instruction in the form of discussion, direct teaching, demonstrations and independent practice using a variety of proven methods;
- Differentiating lessons when needed to give all students access to the curriculum regardless of disability, instructional level, English proficiency or level of interest in the subject;
- Evaluating student performance on tasks established by the standards using different methods such as observation, performance-based tasks or other standard test practices;
- Maintaining a safe, orderly and supportive classroom by modelling expected behaviours and standards, promoting positive interactions and quickly addressing behaviours that are not in line with the school discipline plan;
- Communicating with parents regarding student progress, potential and behaviours periodically through phone or electronic means and at parent and teacher conferences;
