Role Summary

The Project Operations Manager is responsible for managing construction projects while also overseeing daily operational execution. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards, while maintaining strong control over site operations, resources, and coordination across teams. The position bridges project delivery and operational management.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Project Management
  • Plan, manage, and deliver construction projects from start to handover
  • Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, materials, and manpower
  • Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, and scope
  • Manage variations, delays, and on-site technical issues
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews
  • Prepare project reports and updates for management
  • Operations Management
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations and workflow efficiency
  • Ensure proper allocation and utilization of labor, equipment, and materials
  • Enforce site safety, quality, and discipline standards
  • Coordinate procurement, deliveries, and site logistics
  • Support standardization of site processes and documentation
  • Assist in improving operational efficiency across multiple projects

Languages:
  • Khmer - Good is required
  • English - Good is required
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Proven experience in construction project management
  • Strong understanding of site operations and construction workflows
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and schedules
  • Experience managing contractors, supervisors, and site teams
  • Good knowledge of safety, quality, and operational controls
  • Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting, project tracking)
  • Good communication skills (Khmer required; English is required)
  • Experience managing multiple sites or projects simultaneously (Advantage)
  • Familiarity with Cambodian construction practices and site approvals (Advantage)
 
 

IT Officer

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain laptops, printers, routers, switches, networks, and IT systems.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, NVRs, and security equipment.
  • Manage email accounts, websites and system access, and shared drives update that sentence to IT
  • Support POS systems and related hardware across F&B outlets.
  • Handle IT troubleshooting for office, factory, warehouse, and restaurant locations.
  • Maintain backups, basic cybersecurity practices, and IT equipment inventory.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, service, and system upgrades.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and CCTV systems.
  • Hands-on IT experience; POS support experience is a strong plus.
Soft Skills
  • Good communication skills and service mindset.
  • Able to travel to outlets and factories when required.

Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable Admin & Purchasing Assistant to support daily administrative, purchasing, and secretarial tasks. This role supports office operations, supplier coordination, and basic documentation to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Administrative & Secretarial Duties
  • Handle general office administration and secretarial tasks
  • Prepare letters, documents, and simple reports
  • Manage filing (physical and digital)
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and coordinate appointments
  • Support managers with scheduling and meeting arrangements
  • Purchasing & Supplier Support
  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations
  • Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders
  • Follow up with suppliers on pricing, delivery, and invoices
  • Coordinate deliveries and maintain basic purchasing records
  • Office & Operations Support
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
  • Coordinate with finance for invoice submission and payments
