Admin Officer (1 Position)
Reports to: Director
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, record keeping, and correspondence.
- Support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in preparing reports, schedules, and meeting arrangements.
- Communicate effectively with staff, partners, and visitors.
- Report to the boss weekly and monthly with updates and summaries.
- Uphold the values and mission of Home of Grace in all duties.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
- High integrity, diligence, and responsibility.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Email, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
English Teacher (1 Position)
Reports to: Director
- Teach English to students using engaging and effective methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, activities, and teaching materials.
- Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with staff and participate in school activities.
- Promote the values and mission of Home of Grace through teaching.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Strong writing and speaking skills in English.
- Adaptability and willingness to adjust teaching methods to students’ needs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping students grow.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Caretaker (3 Positions)
Reports to: Director
- Provide daily care and supervision for children.
- Support children’s physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment.
- Assist in daily routines such as meals, hygiene, and rest times.
- Work closely with staff to support children’s growth and development.
- Show patience, kindness, and love in all interactions.
- Love for children and a desire to support their growth and wellbeing.
- Responsible, patient, and compassionate.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Previous experience in childcare is a plus, but not required.
Security Guard (2 Positions)
Reports to: Director
- Ensure the safety and security of the premises, staff, and children.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and general surroundings.
- Respond promptly to any security issues or emergencies.
- Maintain a visible presence and enforce safety rules.
- Report incidents to the management promptly.
- Physically healthy and able to perform security duties.
- No drinking alcohol or smoking.
- Responsible, alert, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
