Admin Executive
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day administrative operations.
- Ensure all daily administrative operations are carried out smoothly.
- Support & coordinate with company new projects and prepare grand openings.
- Spend and process daily administrative expenses.
- Prepare water/electric supply usage reports and kitchen supplies reports.
- Assist in checking and controlling gasoline and other fuel usage within the company
- Daily check on office cleaning and supervise cooks/cleaners.
- Check and support office maintenance, repairs, and installation.
- Ensure office is stocked with necessary supplies and equipment is properly maintained.
- Manage all office equipment and materials.
- Plan, schedule, and organize office events (meetings, conferences).
- Arrange hotel accommodation for staff and management team.
- Arrange yearly tax payment for vehicles, inspection certificates, plate numbers, GPS, etc.
- Prepare MIH monthly report.
- Maintain registration book (incoming/outgoing letters) and scan announcements.
- Prepare and issue employee certificates and 5-year service certificates.
- Assist in preparing visitor cards, photos, and uniforms.
- Control stationery requisition for all departments.
- Assist in creating purchase requests in D365 system.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Work History:
- Experience in Admin for 1 to 2 years
