We are looking for a Admin Coordinator to support our operations, ensure timely delivery of client projects, and keep our internal workflows running smoothly.

Admin Coordinator

Position Summary

The Admin Coordinator will act as the operational bridge between management, operations team, and clients — ensuring all tasks are tracked, deadlines are met, and communication flows efficiently. This role involves project tracking, administrative coordination, reporting, and client communication support.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Project Tracking & Coordination
  • Maintain and update the client tracker and project timelines.
  • Monitor progress of accounting, tax, and registration deliverables.
  • Ensure documents, invoices, and reports are prepared and submitted on schedule.
  • Follow up with team members for task completion.
  • Client Communication
  • Assist in onboarding new clients (collecting documents, updating CRM).
  • Coordinate client requests and ensure they are assigned to the right team member.
  • Respond to client queries on timelines and project status.
  • Operations & Reporting
  • Maintain up-to-date client records, rate sheets, and contracts.
  • Track recurring tasks (e.g., monthly filings) and flag potential delays.
  • Prepare board-ready monthly reports by the 25th of each month showing: Financial performance, Sales standing, Outstanding AR, Project completion percentages
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in project coordination, admin, or client service (consulting or accounting firm experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas) and project tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Khmer
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
