Role Description:
Admin Assistant will be undertake the duties that controlling stock, and assist HR and Admin Manager on tasks as the described below:
- Administrative
- Oversee School equipment and ensure that equipment/ assets are rightly use and returned properly
- Control on office supplies, stationary supplier, kitchen supplies, class supplies, student supplies and make sure purchase are requested and have available in stock.
- Support on daily Operations
- Yearly count and update of fix asset each year, and preparing monthly expanse report on supplies.
- Assist in preparing staff retreat such as organizing events, accommodation and travels, etc
- Control and monitor any request to booking the meeting room, coordinator on slide projector and make sure it’s well organizing
- Working closely with other department and staff to organizing school activities such Parent Morning, Parent Teacher Conference, Professional Development Day, etc
- Organize training sessions, workshop and activities for the department section in charge.
- Any other task as assigned by HR and Admin Manager
- Bachelor’s degree of Administration, General Management or related field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the specific field
- Honest, highly responsible, and reliable
- Good computer literacy (Internet and E-mail, Ms. Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good at communication skills and self-motivated

Teaching Assistant

Supervision: Under direct supervision of Head of Teacher Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated Teacher Assistant to support our early years and primary education programs at Bluebird British International School.
This role involves working closely with teachers to foster an engaging and nurturing learning environment for young students from diverse cultural backgrounds. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Classroom Support:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed, helping with tasks such as reading, writing, and basic math.
- Supervise and engage students during classroom activities, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in preparing classroom materials iincluding worksheet, homework, art and craft materials and exam paper

- Education: High School Graduate to Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field preferred.

Head of Teaching Assistant

Role Description:
The HTA will undertake the duties that coordinate and manage all TA schedules, movement and monitors their performances.
She/He is responsible and works closely with the Academic coordinator to ensure requests and materials are submitted and distributed in a timely and effective manner. The role also involves coordination of events such as Open House, PTC, IPC, and other school’s events. They will handle Ta Duty allocation as well as coordinating parent movement on the day of events. The HTA will work closely with Front Desk to ensure the complaints management and requests from parents are distributed, addressed and delivered. She/He will coordinate arrival and dismissal so that all students are received safely and dismissed in same manner. The Head of Teaching Assistant will be responsible for the movement and training of Teaching Assistants and will work with management to ensure the employees are instructed in school ethos and operations and will be responsible for the reporting of incidents and complaints that arise from the day-to-day work of the Teaching Assistant.
- Coordinate, construct and display TA schedules and rosters for daily allocation of duties

The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in organizing school events and creating content that promotes the school’s brand and activities. This role plays a vital part in executing event logistics and assisting in the development of promotional materials across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a creative and collaborative team environment.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of school events such as open houses, festivals, parent-teacher meetings, and graduation ceremonies.
- Support in developing event schedules, coordinate logistics, and communicate with vendors, staff, and stakeholders including venue setup and catering.
- Support in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring smooth on-site operations.
- Help manage event budgets under the guidance of the Deputy IT & Marketing Manager.

Job Summary
To assist the Admissions and Customer Service Manager in delivering a high-quality experience to parents, students, and stakeholders by managing admissions processes and providing excellent customer service.
- Assist CSM to welcome children and their parents by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
- Ensures that all contacts with parents (e-mail, walk-in, SMS or phone) and provides them with a personalized customer service experience of the highest level
- Through interaction with parents on the phone, uses every opportunity to build their interest in the school’s products and services
- Assist the CSM to call and follow up the communication with the customer and parents for their enrolment, attendance and incident report.
- Assist CSM to receive and handle comments, inquiries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure the solution and pass to school principal.
