Admin and Finance Officer for KCCD (1 Position)
Location: Khan Dan Kor
Beside basic salary, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary and other benefits such as 13th month salary, seniority fund, health, life and accident insurance for 24 hour and phone card allowance. Moreover, a working condition comply and benefit with Cambodia Labor Law.
- Administration
- Support IG team to ensure that appropriate administrative procedures are in place, maintained and carried out effectively and efficiently in compliance with GNC regulations.
- Ensure good liaison with NGOs, government and ministries, other private and public sector or agencies as appropriate for the purpose of KCCD.
- Ensure that insurance policies relating to employee and vehicle are monitored and updated as required.
- To manage assets and equipment of relevant projects.
- Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained, which include using log books by drivers and produce monthly fuel consumption for all cars, motorbikes.
- Ensure a proper documentation of all projects both in soft and hard (including finance voucher & its supporting documents, proposal, budget plan, agreement, financial reports, and other relevant documents)
- Finance
- Ensure compliance of financial policies to relevant staff of KCCD.
- Oversee and prepare cash flow control of safe-box, cash count, bank record, bank reconciliation, payroll list, payroll slip and manage all financial transfer requirements.
- Ensure that all FRR are reconciled and transferred to respective accounts as soon as it’s received.
- Develop and manage KCCD annual budget including operation of various contracts; and monitor budget execution status of all projects periodically.
- Ensure all outstanding accounts (account payable, account receivable, deposit, cash advance, other liabilities etc.) are well monitored and in control; ensure that no outstanding amount due over schedule;
- Ensure accuracy and accountability of financial reports of all projects of KCCD;
- Ensure a submission of financial reports and relevant reports on a timely manner and in response to the deadline to donors
- Evaluate accounting and internal control systems; and identify control risks, potential consequences and recommendations to line supervisor.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Equivalent with 3 year-experience in NGOs or INGO
- Knowledge of admin, finance, human resource and logistic.
- Fluency in English and Computer skill (Ms word, Excel, PPT and QBs)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Honest and trustworthy, hard-working and willing to learn
- Willing to work with community and children
