Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Create Accounting Policy for CE&P as Capitalize of Fixed Asset,
- Physical Fixed Asset Count, Revenue Recognition, Allowance on Receivable
- Work with Independent Auditor and Tax Auditor
- Verify Staff Payroll
- Supervise accountants and line managers.
- Managing accounting tasks
- Work on schedule provide by General Manager
- Cashflow with Account team & Purchase team 3 times a week
- Cashflow Projection with Project Managers once a month
- Company Cashflow Projection once a week
- Report to General Manager
- Good interpersonal and communication skill

- Master degree in AccountingAt least 15 years experiences in accounting, audit taxation and administration

Accountant (1 Position)
Year of Exp: 2 years up
- Realize Monitors and manages the preparation, distribution, documentation, information, meetings, requests, inventory, office supplies and office furniture and maintains relevant documents.
- Monitors and manages administrative and inventory work in the company.
- Monitoring, evaluating and managing subordinate staff.
- Set up internal rules and order for the company.
- Prepare annual work direction and report on its work activities.
- Monitoring transactions on account types, assets, liabilities, capital in the Company's accounting system.
- Monitors and manages the payroll processing, overtime benefits, worker benefits and tax payments.
- Monitors maintenance of documents and accounting records.
- Check all invoices as required by law.
- Keep track of customer accounts owed above payment terms.
- Monitors monthly reports on supplier accounts.
- Receive and organize the work assigned by the President.
- Collaborates with general managers and department heads to develop policies, goals, strategies and plans to improve the company's business processes and implement effective quality management systems.

Technical Manager (1 Position)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Realize site inspection and project specifications & drawings analysis.
- Issue with the design team preliminary design (in case that the design is not available in tender documents) & equipment selection.
- Issuing the design team, the bill of quantities, labor, material and equipment etc.
- Issuing selling price, commercial conditions, description of proposed installation and technical specification of equipment offered.
- Providing technical support to the sales team in the negotiation of the contract.
- Revise proposal submitted as per variations requested by the client.
- Liaise with the designs office the detail design including schematic diagram, load calculation, pipe sizing and piping layout, final selection if equipment.
- Approve the design in compliance with specification & client expectation.
- Preparing construction document to be forwarded to the site including bill of quantity of equipment, construction drawings and technical specification.
- Issuing master list of imported equipment if applicable.
- Issuing enquiry to supplier for imported equipment and advice Project Manager on equipment to be ordered and selection of supplier.
- Preparation with the design team of quotation for work variation during the execution of the contract.
- The Technical Manager should possess the following qualification:
- Education background in Hydraulic or Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
- Preferably have good knowledge related to MEP technical and design system.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
- The Plumbing & Fire Fighting Design Engineer should possess the following qualification.
- Education background in Hydraulic or Mechanical engineering. Preferably have good knowledge of Hydraulic system, Plumbing system, Firefighting systems, Pump Control systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Master degree
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in supervisory responsibility & site management in engineering sector
- Computer literacy and especially MS Offices, MS Project, AutoCAD, Projects 2000
- Negotiation skill.
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Fluent in English.
- Competency, Effective Management related to MEP design and technical support/supervise.
