Based: Phnom Penh and travel to provinces
Reporting to: Admin/Finance Officer
Working Hours: 40 hours/week. Weekend and evening work required
Duration:
- 12 months (Starting 01 Sep 2026) with possibility of extension
- Probation Period: Three-month
- Model and support the organization’s mission, vision and the values
- Follow the policies, guidelines and regulations of the organization and ensure financial prudence and transparency in all our activities
- Financial and administration
- Prepares financial vouchers, including advance, payment, receipt vouchers
- Checks the supporting documents ensuring compliancy to the internal control as complete, signed coded the correct budget line
- Copies, scans, files archives finance vouchers supporting documents line donor requirements
- Clearance receipts voucher to staff and technician of any expenses.
- Recording on Cash on Hand (COH) and Cash In Bank (CIB) as monthly.
- Obtain quotations, prepare purchase order and order materials-log sheet recording
- Record letter in/out and Control staff leaves
- Collect documents from PO box and CCC box/go bank
- Ensure office and store areas clean and tidy
- Strong document management, daily facilitation, communication minute‑taking skills
- Assistant of the project – Menstrual health and hygiene – Puberty
- Facilitate WASH trainings, support student clubs, including hygiene fairs and distribute hygiene kits.
- Handle event/travel logistics, coordinate with local partners, and manage project documentation (project photos, videos…).
- Collect field data, assist in school WASH assessments, and draft activity reports.
- Prepare the partner mapping and contact list for further communication
- Provide regular updates, verbal and written, to the project manager
- Undertake other duties as required
- Training workshops provide by RWC on Administration, Finance and WASH programs and project development.
- Represent of RWC for other meetings with its partners, government and local authorities
- Daily Support Allowance for the field trip related to the project: meal, transport and accommodation while supporting the project in the filed
- Health and Incident insurance from National Social Security Fund
- Bachelor's Degree in the field related Admin, Finance, business administration, Accounting or equivalents
- Willingness to work with school children, teenagers
- Ability to fill the administrative tasks
- Computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet and E-mail
- Can work in difference cultures and circumstance
- Strong document management, daily facilitation, communication minute‑taking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and highly committed deliver tasks / duties.
- Experience in WASH or community development.
- Strong communication skills (especially with children and rural communities).
