Admin and Finance Assistant
Location: Battambang city
Salary: Based on GPC’s guideline, experience and qualifications.
- Manage administration Task (Letter in / out, Office stationery management / equipment, room & equipment booking, hospitality / meeting arrangement).
- Manage Facility (Managing for payment all utilities expense)
- Manage GPC vehicle (Control on vehicle booking system, vehicle insurance, annual for road tax, Petrol, repairing and cleaning bills and conduct regular payment for those bills)
- Manage staff benefit (Staff lunch, birthday, Family occasion and gift for Khmer new / X’mas)
- Support finance Task (Record daily expenditure, scan and file all financial document, Pay tax and NSSF)
- Perform some other tasks assigned by GPC management to make smooth and sustainable.
- Hold at least bachelor degree of public administration, Management, or relevance and social work is a plus
- At least 1-year experience in relevant fields of work or position
- Must have no criminal record related to children ( must prove your criminal record in the future)
- Have respectful attitude, behavior, and characteristics
- Good at oral and written Khmer and English
- Good communication skill with clients, coworkers, local authorities, stakeholders…
- Commitment and strong team work
- Have willingness to learn on the job and work additional hours when necessary
- Travel in province might be required
- Can work under pressure and be a positive person
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Be able to use internet and email and social network.
- Be creative, initiative and proactive.
