Admin/Accounts Officer
Temporary Admin/Accounts Officer – A 3-month contract position to cover maternity leave (25 Sep 2025 to 12 Jan 2026)

The Admin/Accounts Officer works under the supervision of Senior Management and is responsible for supporting various operational functions within the Company in Cambodia. This role involves assisting with administrative, human resources, accounting, and financial transactions to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Benefit & Working Hours
- Monday-Friday (9:00 am – 5:30 pm) and Saturday (9:00 am – 1:00 pm)
- Public holiday entitlement according to Labour Law of Cambodia
- 18 days annual leave after completed 3 months of employment.
- NSSF and Seniority payment
- Draft and follow up on official correspondence and internal/external documents in both Khmer and English.
- Provide basic translation of documents between Khmer and English as required.
- Handle public relations and external communication in Khmer related to administrative or financial matters (e.g. liaising with government offices, vendors, service providers).
- Support Senior Management in monitoring and ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and government requirements.
- Prepare and file tax declarations and other statutory submissions (both online and in person) as required by Cambodian law.
- Make purchases and process payments for approved items such as office supplies, utilities, and other operational needs.
- Coordinate and attend events, training sessions, or meetings related to administration, HR, accounting, finance, or taxation.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for all accounting and administrative documents (e.g. quotations, invoices, receipts, bank slips, contracts).
- Support in petty cash handling and routine bank transactions as needed.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciling accounts under the supervision of the Senior Management.
- Liaise with external service providers (e.g. auditors, tax agents, suppliers, etc.) as assigned.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Management.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration and Accounting/Finance or HR.
- 1-2 years experienced as an Accounts & Finance or HR functions, administrator, or relevant position.
- Proficient in MS Office of word and excel, outlook, knowledge in accounting software is a plus
- Excellent speaking and writing abilities in Khmer and English.

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in FMCG companies
- Comfort working in teams as well as acting independently
- Self-starter with positive 'can-do' attitude
