You Should Be Comfortable With:
- Payroll processing and tax compliance
- General bookkeeping and accounting support
- Interviewing and recruiting staff
- Communicating in English (verbal and written)
- Accounting Tasks (Bookkeeping):
- Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions in the accounting system.
- Manage invoices, accounts payable and receivable, personal income tax, cash flow, bank transfers, and contract/creditor controls.
- Track expenses and provide accurate, timely reporting.
- Support the accounting team with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as needed.
- Payroll and Social Security:
- Process payroll accurately and promptly for all employees.
- Manage and maintain employee records related to payroll, benefits, and social security contributions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll and social security regulations.
- Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
- Recruitment Support:
- Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage the applicant tracking system.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support the HR team with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- General Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records and files.
- Assist in preparing, processing HR and financial documents.
- Communicate, consult with staff, customers and colleagues abroad on related matters
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase efficiency.

- General Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records and files.
- Assist in preparing, processing HR and financial documents.
- Communicate, consult with staff, customers and colleagues abroad on related matters
- Good knowledge of tax regulations under Cambodia Tax Law.
- General knowledge of bookkeeping, tax regulations, accounting principles under Cambodia Tax Law is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- Good understanding of and payroll regulations.
- Experience in payroll processing, HR support, recruitment or administration in a small professional company is preferred.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (a plus).
- Experience in a consulting firm (a plus)
- Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
