Accounting Supervisor

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  •  Accounting & Financial Operations
  • Processes daily financial transactions including payments, vouchers, invoices, costing entries.
  • Posts financial accurately in timely manner into Excel QuickBooks system.
  • Ensures income expense documents properly prepared comply tax requirements.
  • Maintains financial records balance supports release monthly financial statements.
  • Tax Compliance & Regulatory Filing
  • Assists the preparation submission tax documents financial statements relevant authorities including ACAR, GDT, MoC, MoL.
  • Supports compliance relating VAT, Withholding Tax, Profit Tax filings.
  • Ensures proper documentation filing all tax-related records accordance Cambodian tax law.
  • Assists coordination external agencies support tax incentive exemption applications directed by Finance Manager.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination
  • Coordinates closely warehouse accountants payment processing inventory control.
  • Assists updating quotations offerings clients required.
  • Supports annual carbon footprint collection submission Fuchs Gruppe.
  • Manages relevant correspondence assists contract document reviews.
  • General Duties
  • Performs other accounting administrative duties assigned by Finance or management. The company reserves right to add, remove, alter duties when needs dictate.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
Work History:
  • At least experience for 3 years is required
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Fluent English in speaking and writing.
  • Excellent Report writing and presentation skill.
  •  Strong computer skill and proficiency with MS Word/ Excel and Internet
Soft Skills
  • Good working attitude, be able to do multi-tasks.
  • Able to deal with information in a confidential manner and responsibility.

Air Manager

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  •  Manage reservations and issue airline tickets
  • Handle customer inquiries about flight departures, arrivals, and costs
  • Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers by answering questions and handling complaints
  • Advise on flight safety procedures
  • Handle refunds and credit requests
  • Work closely with other airline staff, including flight attendants and pilots
  • Stay updated on airline regulations and procedures
  • Ensure passenger comfort and safety
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
Work History:
  • At least experiences required for Manager for 5 years
  • At least experiences required for Supervisor for 3 years

Operation Junior

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate other departments meet customers’ needs.
  • Document & Records: Prepare manage necessary shipping logistics documentation including AWB, B/L, Invoices, Packing lists, clearance forms.
  • Client & Agent Communication: Maintain consistent communication clients, overseas agents, and partners to track shipments, solve issues, ensure service satisfaction.
  • End-to-End shipment coordination: Handle operational aspects air, sea land freight shipments, including booking, documentation, clearance, delivery follow-up.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle exceptions delays a timely manner, resolve operational issues efficiently maintain service integrity.

  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
Work History:
  • At least experiences for 2 years is required
