• Main Duties
•  Manage overall accounting and treasury operation to comply with Tax, and GAAP, Provide monthly management reporting to Headquarter as required. Liaison with Auditor to provide statutory report to Headquarter on quarterly basis.
• Coordinate with headquarter on budgeting process. Work closely with headquarter Finance team on any financial analysis needed.
• Ensure effective internal control & risk management process are well in place
•  Job Description:
• Verify all accounting documents.
• Support overall department goals and objectives.
• Closing monthly and yearly financial statement
• Coordinate with auditor.
• Support and clarify to revenue department.
• Supports budget, forecasting and management activities.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting duties and reports.
• Follow up on customers payments.
• Get information of Tax ruling concerned with Project.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Ensure smooth daily operation and overseeing month and year end process for all accounting department.
• To clarify all financial report to manager (on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis)
