Accounting Officer
You will be in charge of various tasks related to accounting under the responsibility of the head of accounting & admin. You will work amongst a passionate team of 38 staff.

- Prepare and file the monthly tax return
- Support annual tax return and audit preparation
- Manage accounts payable and receivable with accuracy
- Handle invoicing, supplier payments and NSSF submission
- Organize a filing system for accounting documents
- Prepare monthly invoice summary for the head of accounting
- Prepare and send invoices to hotels and NGO partners and collect payments
- Prepare and follow up student’s allowance payments
- Experience:
- Bachelor degree in accounting
- Two or three years’ relevant work experience with a preference for hospitality or NGO sector
- Skills
- Good knowledge of accounting software with a preference for experience on Quickbooks
- Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication in english and khmer
- Personal traits:

- Reliable, organized and able to handle confidential information
- Willing to learn new skills and independent in the learning process
- Eager to share his knowledge with his team
