Accounting Manager

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Responsible for managing overall accounting operations, including financial reporting, tax compliance, and month-end closing. Ensures accuracy of financial records, supports audits, and improves accounting processes. Also supervises staff and coordinates with auditors and relevant stakeholders while maintaining compliance with local regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cost accounting and taxes
  • 2Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
  • Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Making sure proper documentation is maintained and followed on
  • Managing month end closing activities
  • Maintaining the financial records and statements as per company policy, local laws and regulations
  • Making sure that company complies with all local laws and regulations on time
  • Preparation, review and declaration of all the tax returns (VAT, WHT, CIT, TOS, etc)
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
  • Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions
  • Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
  • Coordinating and solving matters with consultants, auditors, tax authorities and other teams
  • Excellent in MS Office applications
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with fluent in English
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Experience in accounting and at supervisory level
  • Experience in using QuickBooks
  • Good level of English (spoken and written language will be English)
  • Strong analytical and synthetic skills
  • Good skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint…
Soft Skills
  • Rigorous, well organized, autonomous and proactive
  • Ability to work as a team member in a multicultural environment
  • Eager to learn, to adapt to new situations and take up challenges
 
 

Videographer & Editor

Position Summary

Responsible for creating high-quality video content, including shooting and editing using professional tools. Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts, ensures timely delivery, and maintains organized video assets. Requires strong storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Shoot and edit high-quality video content.
  • Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Work with a team to plan video concepts.
  • Edit videos with music, subtitles, and graphics.
  • Organize and manage video files following the deadline.
  • Stay updated on video trends and tools.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Experience in video shooting and editing
  • Skilled in editing software (e.g. Davinci Premiere Pro, After Effect..)
Soft Skills
  • Good eye for detail and storytelling
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
