We offer a wide range of products through more than 100 service stations with over 52 Bonjour Shops, Industrial fuels, Aviation fuels and lubricants. Through the TotalEnergies Card, customers are offered a convenient way to make and manage fuel purchases. Other services offered include used oil analysis, tank installations and bulk deliveries to many of our Commercial customers.

In view of supporting its growth in Cambodia, TotalEnergies Marketing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. is looking for a talented and motivated candidate for the position as follow:

Position Summary

Reporting Line: Management Reporting & FA Manager

Period of intern: 6 months up to 1 year with monthly allowance provided

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure an accuracy of treasury cycle of the entity (incoming and outgoing payment)
  • Reconcile and ensure proper accounting records of entity transactions
  • Proactively performs preventive quality controls and takes correctives actions when necessary
  • Assist in reviewing customer accounts and propose for the clearing
  • Assist in reconciliation of the daily collection, i.e. by Cash, Cheque and Bank transfer, ensure complete and timely posting into SAP
  • Assist in reviewing vendor accounts and propose for clearing (Part of balance sheet clen up project).
  • Assist in reviewing unknown incoming payment
  • Other task assigned by direct supervisor
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • Khmer - Good
  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Fresh Graduate student in Accounting Finance or Banking
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Understanding of mathematics and the accounting flows
  • Good command of Khmer/English writing and speaking.
