Position Summary

Reporting Line: Manager, Treasury & Reporting

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Ensure an accuracy of treasury cycle of the entity (incoming and outgoing payment)
  • Reconcile and ensure proper accounting records of entity transactions
  • Proactively performs preventive quality controls and takes correctives actions when necessary
  • Ensure full compliance to the company’s HSEQ procedures and guidelines
  • Assist in reviewing customer accounts and propose for the clearing
  • Assist in reconciliation of the daily collection, i.e. by Cash, Cheque and Bank transfer, ensure complete and timely posting into SAP
  • Assist in reviewing vendor accounts and propose for clearing (Part of balance sheet clen up project).
  • Assist in reviewing unknown incoming payment
  • Other task assigned by direct supervisor
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Education: Fresh Graduate student in Accounting Finance or Banking
  • Skills: Understanding of mathematics and the accounting flows
  • Language: Good command of Khmer/English writing and speaking.
  • Period of intern: 6 months up to 1 year with monthly allowance provided
