Accounting Assistant (1 Position)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Maintain all financial transactions & enter all transactions into company systems
- Prepare invoices, payment and receipt vouchers
- Prepare monthly staff payroll & process
- Review and process expense reports and report to the Country Manager
- Prepare weekly bank reconciliations and petty cash replenishment reports
- Prepare monthly tax calculations and liaise with Tax Authority
- Control Fixed Assets and register
- Maintain up to date filing of all company documentation
- Liaise with Government Authorities for company related matters
- Other duties as assigned by the Country manager
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field of accounting
- Experience managing finances of a company with multiple business divisions
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or closely related field.
- Excellent knowledge of bookkeeping.
- Extensive experience with taxation
- High attention to detail in dealing with cash and cash records
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good command of English (speaking and writing) in addition to Khmer
- Demonstrated ability to work in an organized and systematic manner
