Announcement Positions

Accountant Officer

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Arrange payment to vendors
  • Contact customers to collect the payment.
  • Daily record payment and collection in to system
  • Prepare monthly summary statement to customers
  • Issue invoice/Debit Note/Reimbursement
  • Follow up payment with customers
  • Prepare document for customers
  • Deposit & Withdraw cash in bank and transfer money.
  • Prepare and copy document for tax declaration.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor Degree in Accountant or related fields
  • At lease 1-year experiences with accountant
  • Good both in spoken and written English (Chinese and Korean is plus)
  • Computer literacy in Quick book/Peachtree/MS Word/Excel/Power Point/Internet Email
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Well organized and creative
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
 
 

Sale Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Perform sales actions achieve monthly sales target
  • Collaborate with the customers for any specific requirement
  • Increase and brand awareness through various activities
  • Gather and competitor information report relevant person(s)
  • Maintain strong relationship customers
  • Deal team/other departments resolve complaints made by customers
  • Report sales relevant reports daily basis, weekly basis, monthly basis
  • Doing others assigned by director.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing/Sale, Manager or other related fields
  • Basic English Communication (speaking, reading, writing);
  • 3 years’ experience sales/Marketing related position, Strong commitment working responsibility;
  • Intellectual person able to work under pressure meet deadline;
  • Computer skill, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Internet & Email);
  • Good inter-personal presentation skill; flexible fast learner
 
 

Sale Officer

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develops and maintains long term strategic relationships with customers.
  • Identifies and compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales lead based on information from newspaper, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, internet referral and other source.
  • Generate new customers
  • Qualifies customers and prospects to determine strategic plans and service requirements
  • Provide sales report to the General Manager
  • Perform other tasks as required.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, or related field
  • At lease 1 year experience with logistics and freight forwarding
  • Very good both in spoken and written English (Chinese and Korean is plus)
  • Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & Email
  • Good communication, Management and customer handling skills
  • Well organized and creative
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
 
 

Auditor Supervisor

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Prepare and development strategic, long term and annual audit work plan according to existing risk profile and S&P Consulting & Advisory Service business plan.
  • Develop or update internal audit manuals, audit programs/ checklists and working papers.
  • Conduct field works according to work plans that credit department.
  • Provide technical and administrative supports to board audit committee as needed.
  • Conduct yearly evaluation on audit performance to ensure that audit activities add values to work and activities of S&P Consulting & Advisory Service.
  • Perform regular operational audit with respect to established risk, financial, and HR policies internal control system.
  • Cooperate with relate departments when required.
  • Coordinate with Operation/ Finance Department for any urgent issue and concern identified.
  • Provide recommendation on deficiencies/ non-compliance.
  • Other tasks as assigned by management and Director.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing.
  • 3 years of auditing experience or rerate field.
  • Strong knowledge internal control and risk management.
  • Honesty and Integrity.
