Accountant

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Directly reports to: Executive-Account

Location: Warehouse Office

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Check and post all accounting transactions into system.
  • Checking & preparing the accounting document to be correctly and comply with the company policy to cashier for process payment to internal and external.
  • Checking and approve collection entry for BTB, KPC, and PP.
  • Participate in physical stock and physical fix asset counting.
  • Record accrual expense & Manage staff impress balance.
  • Prepare, collect document for line account to charge to principle on time.
  • Filling accounting document properly.
  • Assist for tax audit & internal and external audit.
  • Other task assigned by Executive-Account.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting and finance.
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • 2-3 years work experience in accounting and finance.
  • Good commend of written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.

Medical Representative

Position Summary

Directly reports to: Area Sales Manager

Location: Mega Lifesciences Office-Cambodia

This JD covers the main tasks and conveys the spirit of the sort of tasks that are anticipated proactively from employees. Other tasks may be assigned as necessary according to company needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Sell products throughout pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and other customers.
  • Meet Doctors, Pharmacist, and other healthcare workers in order to detail the company products.
  • Build good relationship with customers.
  • Plan and implement with Doctors and Pharmacy meetings for the promotion of the products.
  • Create demand for the products at hospitals, clinics, pharmacy and other health care outlet.
  • Joint and perform all other marketing activities.
  • Regular feedback on the promotional strategies of the company.
  • Prepare and submit sales receipt and other supporting document.
  • Maintain daily record of the promotional materials issued by the company.
  • Maintain daily report, tour plan, and Dr’s dairy.
  • Maintain all other Kits, including uniform, working bag, literature etc.
  • Prepare report to Area Sales Manager.
  • Other task assigned by Area Sales Manager.

Position Summary

Directly reports to: Business Manager

Location: Mega Lifesciences Office-Cambodia

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Meet and explain the customers in order to detail the company products.
  • Build good relationship with customers.
  • Plan, Visit, Sales, implement, control and evaluate sale activities.
  • Create demand for the products at market outlet.
  • Market Research, competitor survey and follow up to create new customers.
  • Maintain all other Kits the same as their own property, including Tab, uniform, working bag, literature, Promotional Material etc.
  • Other task assigned by Business Manager.
