A.I.M.S (Cambodia) Co., Ltd is a “Immigration and Relocation” agency dedicated to supporting individuals and companies for all their immigration needs. Incorporated in Singapore in November 2006, AIMS has since expanded its footprint with 10 offices situated across Asia Pacific. AIMS offers an entire suite of services from consultations on skilled migration, business and investor migration, student services and corporate relocation. As migration needs are increasing, AIMS has extended its latest office in Cambodia to provide trustful migration services since 2017.

Accountant

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

The Accountant is responsible to ensure the correctness of the accounting functions and accurate alignment with AIMS policies and guidelines. S/he is responsible for keeping track of all business records and relative financial matters.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Implement all tasks in accordance with the with AIMS Finance Policy & Procedures
  • Research supplier requests for payment
  • Process procurement payments
  • Process payments made with cash, checks or credit cards
  • Take over petty cash fund operation day by day
  • Process expense reports
  • Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational
  • Review all cash collection from clients
  • Prepare monthly summary cash collection report
  • Ensure that all vouchers are entered timely into QuickBooks so that financial reports can be compiled on time.
  • Assist to finance manager for preparing monthly financial report for General Manager.
  • Follow up all accounts receivable to Clients
  • Conduct daily cash count to make sure cash book is timely recorded and accurately Handle Tax declaration, auditing.
  • Payroll checked and pay
  • Do other tasks as assigned by Finance Manager and Experience Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking or related field
Work History:
  • At least experience in accounting and finance tasks for 1 year

Migration Consultant (Sale Consultant) (2 Positions)

Position Circumstances

  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: $300 - $400 Negotiable
Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and confident Sale consultant to join our growing team and drive sales for our business. As a Sale consultant, you will act as a liaison between our business and the customer in order to establish trust, increase knowledge, and drive more sales for our company.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultation services to address potential clients' interest establishing suitability of the potential clients' visa. Consultation will mainly be by email, telephone, and face-to-face meeting
  • Present and sell immigration services to current and potential clients
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
  • Identify sales prospects and contact prospects
  • Establish and maintain current clients and potential clients’ relationships
  • Identify and resolve client concerns
  • Provide regular follow up on enquiries received
  • Any other relevant duty as assigned by Manager to assist with smooth operations of the organization
  • Travel opportunities to conduct, partake, and attend in seminars

Languages:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, International Business, and other closely related fields.

  • Candidates with prior experience will be prioritized for the position.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
