We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Cambodia. The candidate will handle daily accounting, tax reporting, stock control support and sales reporting for our shop operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting entries, payment vouchers, receipts, bank reconciliation and filling of supporting documents
- Prepare monthly tax returns, including VAT, Withholding Tax, Salary Tax and Payment of Income Tax
- Assist with Annual Tax on Income Return and other GDT-related matters
- Handle NSSF registration, monthly contribution and payroll-related matters
- Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile sales with cash, bank, POS and payment records
- Conduct and monitor shop stock count, including stock movement, stock balance and stock variance reports
- Prepare ageing reports for accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare monthly management reports and assist with financial statements
- Liaise with tax agents, auditors, banks, suppliers and relevant government departments
- Ensure all accounting and tax records comply with Cambodia regulations
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good
- Chinese - Simplified is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Familiar with Cambodia GDT tax filing, VAT, WHT, Salary Tax, NSSF and payroll
- Experience in retail, shop operations, F&B, trading or service industry will be an advantage
- Able to handle stock count, daily sales report and ageing report
- Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software
- Able to communicate in English, Chinese language ability will be an advantage

Receptionist

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers, guests and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls, reply to messages and handle general enquiries
- Manage front desk reception duties and daily administration tasks
- Arrange appointments, bookings and visitor registration
- Coordinate with internal departments to supply daily operations
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance
- Handle basic filing, documents, records and office support work
- Assist with customer service and provide good support to clients

Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service staff, front desk staff or admin assistant is preferred
- Good communication skills and pleasant personality
- Able to speak in English; Chinese language ability will be an advantage
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email and messaging apps
