Accountant is responsible in participating in basic accounting functions, such as logging payments and maintaining financial records. Maintains regulations and laws of accounting procedures and carries out financial auditing procedures if needed. Assess accuracy of accounting data, accounts payable and receivable, keeping track of records. Manage journal entries.
- Perform all accounting transactions and related filing
- Assist in preparing budget forecasts
- Support publishing timely financial statements
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Assist on report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Check and review invoices before submitting to line manager approval
- Prepare payment request for settlement to suppliers
- Participate in regular audits if needed Maintain strict financial data confidentiality
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Contribute to analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
- Assist in financial decision-making by providing relevant data and analysis.

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance or related skills
- Accounting and Finance or similar skills for 1 to 2 years
- Bookkeeping in QuickBooks system
- Good in Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet and Email
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Good interpersonal and Communication skills.
- Good decision making and problem solving, Hard- working, honest and reliable, be able to work well under pressure

The Procurement Officer is responsible for the day-to-day procurement activities within the company, focusing on acquiring IT-related products and services. This role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating price and terms, and ensuring that all procurement activities meet the company’s quality and cost standards. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of procurement processes, particularly within the IT sector, and will be capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors for IT hardware, software, and services.
- Maintain and update a database of approved suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including issuing purchase orders, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment with the company’s technology goals.
- Ensure all procurement activities are documented and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
- Ensure all contracts meet legal and regulatory requirements, and are aligned with company policies.
- Monitor and manage procurement costs to ensure adherence to the budget.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Procurement, preferably in the IT industry for 2 to 3 years
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
