- The Account Officer will play a critical role in supporting SBK R&D’s Finance Department by performing the following duties:
- Assist in the management of the financial and accounting systems;
- Prepare and process payments, including petty cash, cheques, local transfers, and international transfers.
- Maintain accurate accounting records, including cash management, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
- Manage the Fixed Assets process, including record-keeping and inventory management.
- Oversee administrative processes, such as preparing quotations, supplier contracts, stationery management, and equipment management.
- Conduct bank deposits and withdrawals as advised by the Finance Department.
- Ensure all financial transactions (income and expenses) are properly recorded with complete supporting documentation.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the SBK R&D Director and the Chief of the Finance Department.
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Experience in petty cash management, project finance management, financial report preparation, and data entry using QuickBooks Pro for 3 years as a minimum
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks Pro, as well as knowledge of tax regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Accountant Assistant (2 Positions)

- The Account Assistant will provide essential support to SBK R&D’s Finance Department by performing the following tasks:
- Assist in preparing orders, payments (petty cash, cheques, local transfers, and overseas transfers), and invoices.
- Support accounting processes, including cash management, financial recording, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Assist in managing fixed assets processes, including record-keeping and inventory management.
- Scan the final of the Finance document
- Assist Finance Officer in preparing the filing of account documents
- Provide administrative support, such as preparing quotations, supplier contracts, and managing stationery and equipment.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager or supervisor.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Experience in petty cash management, project finance management, financial report preparation, and data entry using QuickBooks Pro for 2 years as a minimum
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks Pro, as well as basic knowledge of tax regulations.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Administrative Officer (2 Positions)

- The Administrative Assistant will oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning. Key responsibilities include:
- Support general office operations including supplies, cleanliness, and logistics.
- Maintain and update office inventory, equipment, and fixed asset lists.
- Prepare, review, and organize internal documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Format and print reports for submission and filing.
- Ensure proper document and file management (physical and digital).
- Assist in tracking staff attendance, leave, and timesheets, leave records; submit daily reports to the CEO.
- Maintain up-to-date staff insurance and contract information.
- Support planning and coordination of meetings, workshops, and events.
- Set up meeting rooms and arrange refreshments when required.
- Record minutes of meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
- Assist in liaising with consultants and partners for logistics, visas, and accommodations.
- Help prepare monthly progress and expense reports with the finance team.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
