Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accounting & Finance
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor costing for manufacturing, including raw materials, labor, and overhead.
- Manage inventory accounting and reconciliation with warehouse records.
- Control cash flow and support management with financial analysis.
- Tax & Compliance
- Prepare and submit monthly tax declarations (VAT, Withholding Tax, Patent Tax, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian Accounting Standards (CAS) and local tax regulations.
- Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and external consultants.
- Support annual audits and inspections.
- Import – Export Accounting
- Handle accounting records related to import of raw materials and export of finished goods.
- Review and verify import/export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Customs Declaration).
- Coordinate with logistics and customs brokers regarding duties, VAT, and related costs.
- Track import/export costs and ensure correct cost allocation.
- Internal Coordination
- Work closely with sales, purchasing, logistics, and factory teams.
- Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Assist in improving internal controls and accounting procedures.
