The Accounts Receivable Officer is responsible for following up on daily customer payments and managing collections through the Finance system. She / He monitors customer debt, ensures overdue invoices are collected on time, and works closely with the Sales team to resolve payment issues and reduce outstanding receivables.
- Follow up on daily payment of customer
- Prepare monthly report of customer payment statements for collectors before collecting payments from customers
- Check and review customer refund statements, offset inter-co reports, and offset supplier journal vouchers.
- Check and verify terms and conditions, and amount of customer commission as mentioned in a contract or agreement.
- Prepare monthly reports of customer payment statements, offset customer and supplier balances, and Accounts Receivable Aging.
- Monitor and check all customer balances in the system and clear those balances if payments have been made by following company policy.
- Collaboration Accounts Receivable team to deal with problems arising within and across departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in finance and accounting, or related files.
- At least of experience in Account Receivable or related area for 1 to 3 years
- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft word and Excel
- Good spoken and written communication skills in Khmer and English
- Good time management skills
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Flexible to travel
Sales Officer

This role involves building strong relationships with dealers and customers, delivering high-quality service, and contributing to market development strategies. The Sales Officer works closely with the Sales Manager to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Provide consistent, high-quality service to dealers and customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
- Follow established sales plans, schedules, and targets.
- Contribute ideas to improve market strategies and dealer development.
- Provide technical support and guidance to dealers and customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration or related field
- At least of experience in Sales and/or Marketing, or a related area for 1 to 2 years
