The Account Payable & Administration Assistant is responsible for processing supplier invoices, preparing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the daily administrative operations of the company. This role ensures timely payments, proper documentation, and smooth coordination between finance and admin departments.
- Account Payable Duties
- Receive, check, and verify supplier invoices and supporting documents.
- Ensure all invoices have proper approval before processing.
- Record invoices into the accounting system accurately and on time.
- Prepare payment vouchers and support documents
- Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on discrepancies.
- Maintain proper filing of AP documents (soft & hard copies).
- Assist with month-end closing related to accounts payable.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding payment issues or missing documents.
- Administrative Duties
- Support office administration such as stationery control, office supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain administrative records, employee attendance, and documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors when necessary.
- Coordinate courier services, mail distribution, and office maintenance.
- Provide general administrative support to other departments.

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and AP procedures.
- Able to communicate in Khmer and basic English (reading and writing)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and other.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
