Duties & Responsibilities:
- Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and reports prepared by Senior Accountants.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with the Finance Director on consolidation and group reporting requirements.
- Team Supervision & Coordination
- Supervise and monitor the performance of two Senior Accountants.
- Review and approve journal entries, expense claims, and account reconciliations.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to accounting staff.
- Ensure effective workload distribution and timely task completion.
- Financial Analysis & Support
- Assist the Finance Director with budget preparation, variance analysis, and cost control.
- Support cash flow management, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Provide analytical insights to support business decisions and performance improvement.
- Internal Controls & Compliance
- Strengthen internal control processes and ensure all transactions are properly documented.
- Support external and internal audits, providing required documents and explanations.
- Maintain proper accounting records and ensure accuracy in the financial system.
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Liaise with other departments to support financial-related matters and ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in system improvements or ERP implementation projects as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent).
Soft Skills
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information, prices, and promotions as required.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or returns politely and efficiently.
- Sales & Cash Handling
- Operate the cash register, handle payments, and issue receipts accurately.
- Ensure daily cash balancing and report discrepancies immediately.
- Support sales targets through upselling or promotional activities.
- Store Operations
- Refill and arrange products on shelves according to display standards.
- Check product expiry dates and remove or report expired/damaged goods.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Assist in receiving and checking deliveries from suppliers.
- Inventory Control
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor when replenishment is needed.
- Participate in monthly or periodic stock counts and record updates.
