This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical, and solutions-driven professional with proven expertise in client account management, campaign execution, and media and public relations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best known brands and organisations in Cambodia, helping them achieve their communications and marketing objectives across multiple platforms — while working alongside a dynamic and collaborative internal team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be one of the primary points of contact and building long-term relationships with specific clients, liaising between the client and internal team members;
- Generate ideas together with the team, exploring new concepts and offering solutions most relevant for clients;
- Liaise between the client and internal team members, understands the customer's demands and plans how to meet these demands, by assigning tasks to the relevant team members;
- Collaborate with content team, and other key stakeholders across lines of business to plan and manage projects;
- Ensure consistency in project implementation, role definition and performances;
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all project components according to customer needs and objectives;
- Collaborate on crafting pitch presentations and preparing retainer proposals, including deck creation and quotation development, with oversight from the Business Director.
- Generate innovative ideas for upselling opportunities to both existing and retainer clients/accounts.
- Help in identifying and prospecting new potential clients within the market.
- Perform other relevant activities related to projects as needed (influencers management, community management, proposals, reports…);
- Coordinate project reports, budgeting and invoicing.

Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing, communications and media overall;
- Advanced proficiency in social media, content management, analytical tools and other digital platforms;
- Editorial skills (writing and/ or translating in Khmer);
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite;
Soft Skills
- Reliable, willing to learn, and to work with us on a long term basis;
- Ability to work within tight deadlines;
- Detailed oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
