Account Director

Position Summary

The Account Director is responsible for the management of relationships with clients. He/she will lead a set of accounts, ensuring that they are profitable and growing over time. As a senior point of contact for clients, the Account Director will lead and take responsibility to build strategic plans and balance the expectations of clients with the execution of the creative work. He/she will coordinate the team and resources to ensure the delivery of quality work that meets client’s needs and addresses their business problems.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Lead client accounts and build trust and long-term relationships with clients
  • Develop strategic plans for long-term brand building and short-term campaigns to achieve the best possible results and strengthen client partnership
  • Understand all the company’s offerings and able to present and create new business opportunities with clients and non-clients to drive sales and revenue
  • Ensure the profitability and growth of client accounts, managing and estimating revenue and taking appropriate actions to achieve KPIs
  • Management and supervision of work, performance and professional development of team members
  • Negotiate contracts and solve issues on behalf of the company
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, case studies and proposals on time with minimal compromise to the quality of work
  • Ensure good working relationship between the team and other departments
  • Maintain awareness of relevant market trends and advertising related development to keep the team updated and able to recommend to clients before
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • 6+years experience in account servicing, brand management or professional client relationship management
  • 4+ years experience in advertising and have directly led and manage a team of over 3 people for the past 2 years
  • Experienced in managing and strategizing for medium to large account portfolios
  • Understands and able to implement 360 touchpoints for campaigns - ATL, BTL and digital
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, time-management and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in English and Khmer in both spoken and written
  • Able to build own proposals from scratch with minimal assistance when required to
 
 

Digital Account Manager

Position Summary

The Digital Account Manager is responsible for planning, developing and managing the clients’ digital strategy and assets to improve their presence online and achieve their digital marketing goals. He/she will be building strong client relationships, developing the account and assisting the Senior Account Manager and Account Director in producing strategic plans and implementing creative campaigns.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Manage digital matters and build good relations as the primary point of contact for client
  • Plan and execute campaigns and day-to-day deliverables
  • Identify potential improvements, recommend to clients and support the execution
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Work closely with digital media and creative teams to propose exciting new ideas utilising the latest updates on digital platforms
  • Supervise account executives to ensure smooth flow of work and growth for the team
  • Follow established processes and workflow, including writing briefs, arranging meetings and setting reasonable timelines
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, business, digital or marketing
  • 2+ years experience in advertising, brand management or marketing industry
  • Understanding of digital media platforms, online tools and creative formats available for campaign optimisations and tracking
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, time-management and negotiation skills
  • Experience handling small to medium account portfolios independently or with support from supervisor
  • Good level of English and Khmer for both spoken and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) & GDrive
 
 

Web Master

Position Summary

A Webmaster is responsible for developing and managing website and ad format of banner.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Build functional and easy-to-use websites
  • Test websites across browsers, operating systems and devices
  • Maintain, configure and troubleshoot servers
  • Ensure site security by setting up firewalls and login pages
  • Optimize loading speeds and capacity
  • Debug pages and fix broken links or images
  • Update website content and review SEO
  • Monitor and analyze site performance (e.g traffic, conversions)
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or another related field
  • 2-year working experience in Webmaster or Web Developer
  • Basic understanding of building system and user interface for website
  • Basic knowledge of MySQL, HTML and Web Frameworks
  • Proficient in HTML/XMTML/CSS and HTML5/CSS3
  • Have skilled of Integrate and Configure Modules with Laravel Framework
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming with PHP, Laravel and JavaScript
  • Understanding of user Front-End and solve the issue
  • Knowledge of managing server such as Digital Ocean
