Academic Principal

The Academic Principal shall develop and implement international academic program, manage human resources (foreign staff), support marketing activities for enrollments and cooperate with all stakeholders (staff, parents, students and other relevant partners).
- To respect and abide by the APIS’s vision, mission, goals and all management policies, guidelines, and quality management system;
- To develop and implement international academic program to ensure the quality excellences of schools’ academic programs for students
- To monitor and evaluate to improve school curriculum of international program including materials, instructional strategies and assessment guidelines for effective implementation of the program
- To formulate, direct and coordinate teacher training to improve and strengthen teaching quality
- To innovate curriculum in international program to ensure it is productive, engaging and supportive to the learning needs of students
- To represent the school to other stakeholders including parents, students…
- To cooperate with Operational Team for maintaining all APIS’s assets, logistics, office supplies and facilities to be operational in the long-term use
- To cooperate with KGE and Admin manager for filing and documentation of foreign staff data and others of International Program
- To cooperate with KGE and Admin manager for legal compliance, facility inspection and other official visit from the MoEYS
- To ensure safety and health of foreign staff to be well-maintained at school
- To ensure the expense of international program to be transparent and settled within the timeframe for cash settlement determined by finance department
- To conduct budgeting of events organized by the International academic program
- To manage all foreign employee on recruitment, orientation, training and development, performance and employees’ welfare and safety in the workplace to ensure effective and smooth personnel management
- To conduct workforce planning of international academic program before new academic year
- To support school marketing activities where necessary but not limited to media posting, partnership building, video promotion… to raise high value of APIS to parents and other stakeholders
- To participate in complaint handling and resolution team to ensure the complaints from parents and students are well-resolve
- To take any initiatives for satisfying parents and students either in academic or non-academic activities
- To monitor and evaluate daily teaching, classroom management, hygiene, maintenance and others for smooth class operation
- To manage social events, conduct event contest and to promote value added service to the public

- Academic management for 3 years as a minimum
- Knowledge and skill in International Curriculum (IEYC, IPC and Cambridge)

- Good digital literacy plus knowledge in data management like Google Workspace and web database
- Native English speaker

Operation School Coordinator

Operation School Coordinator shall coordinate school operations, administrative, and related to HR operations, and school budget to ensure smooth running in accordance with the required guidelines to meet the business objectives of NTC Group and its campus.
- To implement the school’s daily operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources by the requirements of policies, procedures, guidelines, and tools (SOP).
- To maintain and keep updated on advertisement, promotion, and networking to promote value-added services to the public;
- To keep a relationship with the MoEYS ministry and related authorities to ensure all the legal and regulation are compliance.
- To monitor the school’s discipline, safety, and cleanliness to ensure they meet NTC Group’s standards, policies, and procedures.
- To support in social events, meetings, and field trip, conduct student contests to promote value-added service to the public and learning quality;
- To monitor all canteens’ operations to compliance with policy, procedure, and agreement.
- To monitor the babysitter and cook operations to compliance with NTC Group standards, policies, and procedures
- To monitor all school bus daily operations to ensure they are in compliance with rules and regulations up on our agreement
- To monitor the school’s maintenance, decoration, and renovation (electricity, water supply, air-conditioning…) to be standard, clean, hygienic, and safe.
- To maintain the school’s assets and equipment to be effective coding, repair and stored.
- To control of all logistics, inventory, office supplies, office utility, facilities, and stationery to be effective running operations.
- To manage customer services to meet customers ‘needs and satisfaction
- To support SP for HR operations to ensure smooth running in accordance with the required HR policies.
- To support in school budget operations and petty cash to ensure effective & efficient expenditures and turnover with timely and accurate reports;
