Customer Service Executive

Position Circumstances

  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable
Position Summary

WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday: 08:00AM – 17:00PM (Lunch Break: 12:00 – 13:00)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage and proactively attend Import/Export documentation tasks including shipping instruction submission and follow-up with customers, advanced manifest filing, issuance of export bill of lading, issue arrival notice and other related inquiries.
  • Liaise with relevant parties to ensure required documents are submitted on time and accurate.
  • Manage import / export for billing/invoicing, timely.
  • Follow up unclaimed cargo if any.
  • Update weekly/monthly related reports.
  • Perform other tasks to be assigned by management.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good
  • Chinese - Simplified is preferred
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Fresh graduates from university are encouraged to apply.
  • Good at speaking/writing English and Chinese is an added advantage.
  • Good at using Ms. Office basically Outlook, Excel, Word.
Soft Skills
  • Hard/smart working individual and customer oriented.
  • Ready to work under pressure to meet deadline.
  • Willing to learn and initiate improvement in daily work.
  • Able to work independently / as a team.
