Eligibility
- The evaluator or evaluation team should demonstrate:
- Proven experience in conducting external evaluations, including impact and outcome evaluations
- Strong knowledge of OECD-DAC criteria and BMZ evaluation guidelines
- Experience in child rights, environmental governance, climate change adaptation, or related sectors
- Experience with participatory, child-sensitive, and gender-responsive methodologies
- Knowledge of CR2HE, climate policy frameworks (Paris Agreement, NDCs), or environmental education is highly desirable
- Excellent written and spoken English (knowledge of relevant local languages is an asset)
- Compliance with TDH Germany Child Safeguarding Policy
- Compliance with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / EU-DSGVO)
