Sales Executive (indoors: 2 Persons)

Position Summary

As a prominent plywood distribution company in Cambodia, we are expanding our reach within the growing Chinese business community. We are actively seeking a highly driven and articulate Indoor Sales Executive (Chinese Speaking: 1 Position and Khmer Speaking: 1 Position) to join our dynamic Sales Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with strong language skills to contribute directly to our growth by managing client relationships and driving sales of our quality plywood, building materials and Residence Construction.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients, handling inbound inquiries via phone, email, and popular communication platforms (e.g., Telegram, WeChat).
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Chinese business sector in Cambodia through outbound calls and targeted outreach.
  • Present product information, prepare accurate quotes, and develop compelling sales proposals for our range of plywood and related building materials.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Warehouse, Logistics) to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and effective resolution of client issues.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates within the CRM system.
  • Provide professional after-sales support and address any client concerns or product-related inquiries.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment or within the building materials/construction industry. Possess good language Chinese and khmer skills and a strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Good in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written business communication) is essential (not required for Khmer-speaking position).
  • Proficiency in Khmer (spoken and written) is also essential.
  • English (spoken and basic written) is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, close deals, and build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
  • Be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
 
 

Stocks Manager (group Company)

Position Summary

We are a leading plywood distribution company in Cambodia, dedicated to providing high-quality building materials to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-oriented Stock Manager to join our dynamic Warehouse Operations team.

This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate management of our extensive plywood inventory, leading our warehouse team, and optimizing our distribution processes.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all daily warehouse operations, including the receiving, inspection, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch of plywood products.
  • Implement and maintain robust inventory control procedures, conducting regular stock counts, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring accurate system records.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of stock staff members, fostering a productive and safe working environment.
  • Develop and enforce warehouse safety protocols and operational procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency and storage capacity for various plywood types.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless inventory flow and timely order fulfillment.
  • Prepare detailed inventory reports, performance metrics, and operational summaries for management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the supply chain.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or senior stock control role.
  • Prior experience in the building materials, timber, or distribution industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven expertise in inventory management systems and strong analytical skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse best practices, safety regulations (5S or local equivalents), and inventory control methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and penetrate new segments within the security camera industry. 
  • Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders (B2B clients, distributors, government agencies, large enterprises, etc.).

Account AR

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Officer to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be a mid-career professional responsible for managing the full accounts receivable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and diligent debt collection from our B2B clients, including construction companies and retailers.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including generating and sending invoices to customers for the sale of plywood and other construction materials.
  • Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and outstanding balances.
  • Proactively contact customers (via phone, email, or in-person visits if necessary) to follow up on overdue payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Reconcile customer accounts by verifying and posting payments, and resolving any unapplied payments or credits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in QuickBooks.
  • Prepare and generate weekly or monthly AR reports, aging analysis, and cash flow forecasts for management review.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Logistics teams to ensure invoices are accurate and delivered promptly.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer or in a similar finance role.
  • Demonstrable proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Khmer.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
