Zenith (PMS) Ltd.

Zenith (ARP) Limited was a project management firm established back in late 2000. During 2009, the company was restructured and worked closely with the Top Tier Chinese Curtain Wall Company for Business Development and Project Management in the Middle East Market. In 2011, the company expanded its business scope from Project Management Service Company to External Façade Design and Built Contracting Company, taking the new company name Zenith (PMS) Limited.

In 2016, Zenith set up office in Hong Kong to accommodate the demand for the manufacture and installation of custommade Aluminium Doors, Windows, Curtain Wall, Stainless Steel and Aluminium Cladding, Windows and Curtain Walls that meets the highest standards of aesthetics and craftsmanship. In the same year, Zenith also expanded their business and established it’s overseas office in the Union of Myanmar, providing roofing, architectural metal, and glass/glazing construction services to customers throughout the Myanmar Region.

In 2020, Zenith has completed several projects including Innocell @ HKSTP as the 1st project adopting Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) method in Hong Kong. In the year abnormal to the world due to COVID-19, Zenith has provided services on Temporary Quarantine Facilities (TQF) construction including Junior Police Call Permanent Activity and Integrated Youth Training Camp at Pat Heung (120 MiC units) and Penny’s Bay Phase 3A known as super-fast track project (total construction period within 90 days) to deliver 857 MiC units and Ancillary Buildings. The experience working with MiC is one great step for the company to embrace the latest construction method.
