AQUABIOS UMR226 ISEM -Cambodia
In Cambodia, the EISACAM project brings together eleven French, European and international scientific and technical partners in addition to local partners in a consortium led by the IRD. In response to the terms of reference of the project's call for tender, the objectives are to promote research in the field of sustainable aquaculture in Cambodia, particularly in various technical and study areas: domestication, quantitative genetics, feeding, good aquaculture practices, human nutrition and other scientific areas and activities related to sustainable aquaculture and its role in the country. The diversity of the topics covered, the number of experts (more than 40) and the size of the project (budget > 4M$ US for a duration of 2 years) require a very high level of managerial involvement and coordination, in particular for the daily relations with local stakeholders.
