Association for Aid and Relief, Japan (AAR Japan) is an international NGO headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. Founded in 1979 with a mission to help refugees from Indochina, we have operated over 60 countries and areas to this date, and are currently working in about 15 countries to provide emergency and long-term support for the people in need of help.
