Assist International

Assist International is a humanitarian non-governmental organization (NGO). Our mission statement reflects the mandate to save lives and change the destiny of the world’s most vulnerable people. Over the past 30 years, Assist International has been refining its skills and know-how in programs that address the global challenges of the most vulnerable.

Assist International has identified two primary areas of mission strategy: Orphaned & Vulnerable People and Global Health.

Assist International is involved in a variety of humanitarian projects and has a documented and lasting impact on over one million of the world’s most needy people (Emory University, Rollins School of Public Health, unpublished report). Through the power of networking resources from the corporate world, service clubs, medical and hospital groups, and individuals, over 500 projects in 65 countries have been completed since 1990, with a reach of fourteen million people. Assist International works to mobilize people and resources to alleviate the suffering of the world’s most vulnerable people. Assist International leverages the power of partnerships for maximum impact at minimal cost.
