What information is required in order to be able to post a job ad?

It is important that you include all necessary information in a job ad. This is because it presents you as a professional and well-organized employer and it also makes sure you get candidates you want. It is also important that you prepare documents that can be attached to the announcement - such as full job descriptions.

Where appropriate, please include:

  2. The official company / organization name
  3. The name of company / organization to display on the job announcement (if different from the official name)
  4. A description of the company / organization / programme
  5. e.g.: What does the company or organization create in terms of good or services or solutions.
  6. e.g.: How long has the company or organization been around and its history
  7. Company / organization logo
  8. VAT Number
  9. Billing Address
  10. Email and Phone number
  11. Position information:
  12. Name of the position
  13. Location of position
  14. e.g.: Based in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Kampong Som etc.
  15. Schedule:
  16. e.g: Full-time, Part-time, Short-term
  17. Salary range
  18. Description of the position:
  19. e.g.: Position summary...etc.
  20. Responsibilities of the position
  21. Requirements of the position
  22. Information on How to Apply
  23. Contact information for applications, including:
  24. Office address
  25. Contact name
  26. Phone number
  27. Email address
  28. Website or social media accounts such as Facebook, etc.
  29. The announcement closing date
