Duties + Requirements

Plantation Accountant

Duties

Collect all expenses at plantation site for prepare the payment
Prepare summary expenses
Prepare list for worker payroll and food allowance for staff and worker
Follow up cash in hand
Follow up fixed asset
Other task assigned by Finance Management

Requirements

Bachelor degree of accounting or related field
Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting
Good personality, team work, responsible, honest
Computer skill proficiency (Microsoft office)
Able to communicate well in English (Spoken & Written)
Computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet
Ability to work effectively under pressure

Stock Controller

Duties

Maintenance and record of purchase
Maintain stock records or back order parts report
Conduct stock cycle check and physical stock count
Alert and report stock short or over
Prepared monthly and yearly report of stock
Coordinate with other team in the company

Requirements

Male only
High school or public relations
Minimum 1 years experience as Stock Keeper or in related tasks
Good interpersonal skills and English language communication skills
Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good team player
Familiar with MS word, Excel, and knowledge of Access in creation program would be a plus
Be honest, initiative, committed and posses a good interpersonal skill
