Duties
- To communicate with customer by using phone or email
- To promote any promotion to customer
- Outbound call to persuade active and new prospective customers to play game online
- To generate new and potential customer through existing customer support
- To verify and obtain pertinent client information, promotion brand loyalty, and establishing a relationship for future market endeavors, and regular follow up with clients.
- To use computer application to finalize daily reports
- To response customer inquiry, problem solving and complaint
- To perform other task assigned by the supervisor and/ manager
Requirements
- Foreigner or Khmer women are encourage to apply
- Female is preferable
- Be able to communicate well in English and Thai
- Casino, sales Marketing, promotion or VIP service experience is advantages
- Self confident, especially on Phone
- Able to travel when required
- Able to work in evening shift or other shift as required
